Understand what happens when you use this site or start a business conversation.
Effective October 1, 2026
1. Who we are
This policy applies to zeroechelon.com, the public company website of Zero Echelon LLC. Other companies and external websites operate under their own policies.
2. Business inquiries
The contact form sends your inquiry to Zero Echelon. It collects the name, email, organization, engagement type and message you provide. Your email address is used as Reply-To so the receiving team can respond directly.
When you begin entering an inquiry or choose Send message, the site loads Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent abuse. Google processes browser and usage information under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service . Verification runs when you submit the inquiry.
The contact service validates the submission and sends it through Amazon Simple Email Service to contact@zeroechelon.com. A success message means the delivery service accepted the inquiry. Inbox delivery can still depend on the receiving mail system. Business correspondence may be retained to respond, maintain relevant records and address abuse or legal obligations.
Please keep initial inquiries high-level. This website is not an approved channel for classified information, CUI, health records, credentials or sensitive personal data.
3. Website operation
The site serves its own fonts and assets. Infrastructure services may process connection information such as IP address, user agent, request path and timestamp to deliver and protect the website. This version includes no advertising pixels or behavioral analytics SDK.
The contact form does not save your entries to browser storage. Information remains in the current page until you close or reload it, or until the page clears an accepted submission.
4. Archive demonstrations
The pages under /labs are historical proof-of-concept demonstrations. When you choose to run an interactive example, its input is sent to the existing AWS demonstration service. The clinical and cyber demonstrations also use a model provider; the document-analysis prototype processes structured information through its AWS service. Each interactive page identifies the processing path before you run it. Use synthetic, non-sensitive content only. Outputs can be inaccurate and require review.
The company pages and archive do not require an account. This version does not read saved authentication tokens from browser storage.
6. Your choices and contact
You can contact the company by direct email instead of the web form and avoid running archive demonstrations. To ask about information held in connection with an inquiry, or to request access, correction or deletion, contact privacy@zeroechelon.com. Requests are handled subject to applicable requirements and record-retention obligations.
We may update this policy when the website or its handling changes. The effective date above identifies this version.
