Plain summary. This site collects only what is needed to respond to you. We do not sell personal information. Affiliated entities operate under their own privacy policies on their own domains.

1 — Who we are

Zero Echelon LLC (“the Company,” “we,” or “us”) is an SBA Certified SDVOSB technology firm organized in Louisiana. This Privacy Policy applies to zeroechelon.com and its sub-paths.

2 — What we collect

Inquiry submissions. When you submit the contact or investor-inquiry form, we receive the name, email, organization, accreditation acknowledgment (where applicable), and message you provide, plus the originating IP address and a timestamp. We use this only to respond and to detect abuse.

Server logs. Our content delivery network records standard access logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested path) for a limited retention window for security and operational telemetry.

Archive demonstrations. The legacy demonstrations under /labs are retained for reference. If you opt to use them, inputs you submit are sent to a third-party large-language-model API for processing. Do not submit information you would not paste into a public web form.

3 — How we use it

• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4 — Who we share it with

We share data only with infrastructure providers required to operate the site. We do not sell or rent personal information.

5 — Your choices

Request deletion or export of any inquiry data we hold by emailing privacy@zeroechelon.com. California, EU/UK, and other applicable rights are honored to the extent the law requires.

6 — Security

Data in transit is encrypted with TLS. Access is restricted to the operator and authorized contractors. We follow industry practices appropriate to the engagement model.

7 — Updates

We will revise this policy as needed. The “Effective” date above marks the current version.
