This site is operated by Zero Echelon LLC, a Louisiana company and SBA Certified SDVOSB. The site is informational. Engagements are formalized only via written agreement signed by Zero Echelon and the engaging party.

3 — Archive demonstrations

The interactive demonstrations under /labs/* are retained for reference. They are provided AS-IS, with no warranty, and are not production services. Do not rely on demonstration outputs for medical, legal, financial, security, or operational decisions. Do not submit information you would not paste into a public web form. Rate limits are enforced; circumventing them is prohibited.

4 — Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the site to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorized to access.
• Interfere with the operation of the site (e.g., scraping at abusive rates, denial-of-service).
• Submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing.

5 — Intellectual property

All site content, brand marks, and copy are the property of Zero Echelon LLC. Nothing on this site grants a license to use those names, marks, or any associated software outside of an executed written agreement.

The site is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Zero Echelon LLC's total aggregate liability arising out of your use of this site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100).

7 — Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue lie in the state and federal courts located in Orleans Parish, Louisiana.

8 — Updates

We may revise these terms. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
